Quahogs (hard-shelled clams)

A.R.C. offers both wild and farm-raised quahogs. All quahogs come from Cape Cod waters and are thoroughly purged in our onsite tanks with fresh ocean water to ensure they are sweet, clean and free of any residual grit. We offer a full variety of quahogs in different sizes to meet the needs of all your customers.

Oysters

These inter-tidal oysters are grown on Cape Cod, most using the French rack and bag method, and “finished” in bottom cages. Most are grown from A.R.C. seed in areas with large daily tidal flows that introduce an abundance of essential nutrients to the growing oysters. Inside beautiful, deep cups these oysters have delicious meat with unique taste profiles defined by their surrounding waters.
